Tonight we will resume regular den meetings. The locations are below.
Lions: normal Lion room
Tigers: Discovery room
Wolves: Seekers Class
Bears: upstairs
Webelos: Fellowship hall
AOL: upstairs
Meeting Notice – The girl scouts are now using the church and are also meeting on Monday nights until 6:15. Please do not enter the church through Pike Hall until 6:20 as they meet in Pike Hall.
Recharter – Recharter is this month. Kathy and I will be asking for some paperwork from some families. We will come around tonight to specific dens to discuss what is needed. Please get any requested paperwork in ASAP as it is required for recharter and your scout will not be rechartered without it.
Whitehouse Christmas Parade – The Parade and Holiday in the park is Saturday. Holiday in the Park will start at 12:00 pm and run until 4:00 pm. The parade will follow at 5:15 pm. We have an Archery and Information booth to set up for Holiday in the Park. We will be sending out a sign up soon to work our booth (Blue Points!!). All parade participants need to be at the starting place at 4:15 pm.
Parents Night Out – December 20th will be a fundraiser held at East Texas Martial Arts. This Parents' Night Out is perfect for holiday shopping. Details are in the attached flyer which will be handed out at the schools later. All Proceeds will come to Pack 359!! If you know families who are not in Whitehouse ISD that would like to participate, it is open to all so spread the word! Here is the Parent's Night Out Flyer
Food Drive – Here's a chance pie Mr. Ryan in the face! Mr. Ryan is working on a Woodbadge ticket to lead a canned food drive to benefit the Whitehouse Food Pantry. Boxes will be set up in Pike Hall throughout December for each den to put donations in. The den with the most items will get to choose someone to pie Mr. Ryan in the face! Please, do not bring Ramen. Ideal items: peanut butter, canned chicken/tuna, breakfast cereal, oatmeal, powdered milk, etc.
