Cub Scout Update_8/21

Reminder that flags need to be put out for September 11th. Flags need to go out between August 26th and August 28th. The flags will be out for Pickup Friday evening and Saturday to grab flags for your routes. We will also be having our WELCOME BACK TO SCOUTS event Saturday afternoon at the church from 11am – 2pm. We plan to have a water slide at the church for the scouts to play on. This is a great event to invite a friend that is interested in becoming a Cub Scout too! The goal would be to go get your flag routes done Saturday morning and then come back to the church and let the scouts play for awhile. If it is raining on Saturday and we feel that the weather is a safety concern we will cancel the event by pack communication.

I am excited to get back to scouts this year and the Pack Committee has a great program planned for the upcoming year. Check out the calendar on the Pack Website. A couple things coming up are… Ice Cream Social @ Whitehouse Park – September 15th, 6:30pm. Registration Night – September 19th @ UMC Whitehouse, 6:30pm. 1st Den Meeting of new year – September 26th @ 6:30pm.
