  • Pinewood Derby Build Day this Saturday

    Lions,   Pinewood Derby Build Day is this Saturday at the church! Build Day offers an opportunity for families to pick out a design, re-drill axel holes (if desired), cut and sand your car, and polish your axels and wheels. The goal is to get your cars to where all our scouts would need to do at home is paint and finishing touches. Build Day is open to all our Cub Scouts but is especially helpful for those without the proper tools and/or know-how.    To help with the flow of traffic between stations we request you sign up for a time slot.   • Didn’t forget to sign up for Build Day!

    Hey Pack!  Our Pinewood Derby Build Day is this Saturday at the church!  If you plan on attending, we need you to sign up for a slot ASAP so we can plan accordingly.   • Campout Details for this weekend

    Hey Arrows! Scoutmaster Jason here – If your scout is planning to camp with the Troops this weekend, please let us know! This campout is a little different as. It’s our Family Feast and Campfire on Saturday night. The campout at Brookshire’s Recreation Center on Lake Palestine. We will meet at the church at 6 PM on Friday and plan to return around Noon on Sunday. We need to know ASAP who plans to camp with the Troop and who plans to attend the Family Feast and Campfire on Saturday night.   • Pack meet, meeting & cars

    Good Evening Bears Family, Hope everyone survived the holidays and the no show snow. A little heads up about upcoming events:l this week: Monday, Jan 13th: Pack meeting at 630. Wear Class A minus the hat. This meeting will be about the Pinewood Derby. If you didn’t get your car at Dec pack meet then this is the night.  Tuesday, Jan 14th: We will be working on our Paws for Action requirement. Saturday, Jan 20th: Pinewood Derby Build day.   • AOL Update

    AOL Update: I hope you all enjoyed the sNOw day!  We have a busy month coming up so please read this entire post. This week: Monday: Pack meeting-this is the Pine Wood Derby pack meeting where kids will pick up their cars and learn all the rules. Tuesday: AOLs will meet at 6:30 like normal and we will have a guest speaker so please wear Class A.  This will satisfy Duty to God Requirement 2 and we will not be able to have a make up for this.  If you miss the meeting you will need to meet with fulfill that requirement on your own.   • Happy New Year!!!

    I hope you all had a great Christmas and have a Happy New Year!   Since our Lions are new scouts, please disregard the pack message sent out for them. You will receive an email when their renewal is due next fall. However you will need to complete the renewal process if you have an older scout in our pack who started prior to this school year. I know there are a few.   I have been ill this week, I’m hoping I’ll be better before Monday but I will keep you posted as to whether we will be meeting or not.   • Recharter due for returning Scouts!

    Hey pack! We’ve been talking about recharter for the past several meetings. The vast majority of returning scouts still have not completed the recharter process. Please look through your emails and find the email with the subject line “Your BSA Membership is up for renewal” and follow the link. You can also log into my.scouting.org and renew that way as well. We have found that some adults are separated from their scouts.   • Pack Meeting Tonight

    Hello Webelos Families!  We have a pack meeting tonight in the Sanctuary at 6:30. Please have your Scout wear their Class A uniform (blue button down shirts).
