Final Rose Parade Info

Howdy Pack! We’ve had many questions for tomorrow’s Rose Parade. Here are the final details. What To Wear – Scouts – Wear your Class A uniforms with Neckerchief. (Lions – Your blue lion shirt is your Class A). IF your scout has a scout hat, wear it. If not, no biggie, we get to see those smiles better 🙂 Parents In The Parade – If you have a Class A uniform, wear it, please. If you have a Pack T-shirt, wear that. If you do not have either, no biggie, we’ll have last year’s shirt there on site (we are out of some sizes). Friday Night Whitehouse Football game Flag Ceremony: Scouts in full Class A uniform that arrive to help with the flag ceremony are free. (be at the gate by 6:30 to practice) Adults and siblings need to buy tickets. The campus offices will be open tomorrow. You can purchase until 9 am tomorrow for $6 adult and $3 for student OR at the gate $8. It is Military Appreciation Night – active duty and veterans get in free with their military ID. Football Game Flag Ceremony Friday

Pack 359 we need you! We have been asked to perform the raising of the flag at this Friday’s Whitehouse High Schoool Football Game! Friday night’s game is a special Military Appreciation Night so we thought it would be a great way to show respect to our country by performing the flag ceremony.  If your scout can come help out, please RSVP using the link below. Webelos Fall Campout

This Saturday is our Fall Webelos Campout with the AOL den. If your scout and/or you will be attending please go to the link and sign up. We need a headcount by Friday so that we can get the food. Upcoming Events

Good morning Pack 359, We have several upcoming events and other information so please read to the bottom. 1.  Tyler Rose Parade – this Saturday, October 19.  Here are the details on the parade. We will be #3 in the lineup behind the City of Tyler Fire Truck. The parade route is about 1.25 miles. Gathering: We will gather at the intersection of Glenwood and Front Street between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Please be early!  Parade security may keep latecomers from entering the route.  The parade starts at 9:00 am.  Sign in with your Den Leader Parking:  The best locations to park are Mike Carter Baseball Field or Peete Elementary School.  Keep in mind that many of the roads in the area will be barricaded off.  Peete is…

No Meeting on Monday,October 14th

Good Evening Terrific Tiger Team!! I will arrive home from a conference very late this evening, so we will not be meeting this Monday.. 10/14. We do have a Scout activity this week – Pack 359 is LEADING the Rose Parade this weekend and Tigers will ride on our pack trailer THIS Saturday, October 19. WE will be meeting EARLY before the parade, at 7:30am, at an assigned location that will be sent out once we receive it later this week. Webelos Fall Campout

Howdy Den 7, Saturday, October 19th will be our first den level campout at Brookshire’s Recreation Park (https://goo.gl/maps/MQnk1aSACwJzT4n69) in Flint arrival will be between 2 and 3 so each lunch before heading out. Monday 10/14 Den Meeting

Howdy Awesome Wolf den! Monday we will start off inside and each scout will tell the group about their nutritious dinner they helped plan. We will review bobcat one more time. Then if it isn’t raining we are going outside to play a family game of kick-ball (parents and siblings welcome). I am working on a backup plan for rain.
