Good Evening Pack! Scout Sunday is this coming Sunday (Feb 4th) at Whitehouse Methodist Church. The service will begin at 9:30 AM. Scouts must wear their full Class A Uniforms (no hats). Scout Sunday is our opportunity to support our chartering organization and thank them for allowing us to use the church to meet and host our Cub Scout Pack!

Hello Arrow Scouts & Families!! Hopefully your Pinewood Derby car is coming along nicely – weigh in & car drop off is Friday, February 9th starting at 6pm. This week – ALL ARROWS need to be attending the Troop meetings for the troop you wish to bridge over to – Troop 359 Boys and Girls meet at 6:45 at WUMC – the boys are working on Orienteering (using a compass – these skills will be needed for an upcoming campout!!!) Troop 359 campouts – February 16 – 18 in Rusk. March 22 – 24 Shooting Sports at Drott’s Farm. I was excited to see pictures of some of our Arrows on a recent Troop 5-mile hike – way to get a jump on your next Scout Rank! Parents – This is a critical time for Arrow Scouts to acclimate themselves with their Troops so they are comfortable camping AND are able to participate in all the upcoming activities! I will be at tonight’s Troop 359 meeting to pick up any God in Action paperwork and discuss Electives with those who need to complete one. Hope to see EVERYONE there!!! Hello Bear Families! We are going to meet in the sanctuary today to start learning the flag ceremony. We will also work a little more with our pocket knives. There are a couple more activities we need to do to earn our BEAR CLAWS belt loop. We are also going to make a gift for Tire Worx as a “thank-you” for sponsoring our tool boxes. I painted a tool box blue and have a yellow paint pen we can use to sign our names on the tool box. Let’s also fill it with snacks and treats for the crew at Tire Worx.
