2/25 meeting & Blue and Gold

We will have a meeting tomorrow, Tuesday Feb 25th. Gunners mom will be working with the kids on their Marble elective.  If you plan to be at Blue and Gold please make sure to pre register if you plan to eat prior to the ceremony. The Bears will be preforming a song for everyone’s enjoyment. All requirements must be completed in order to be presented their Bear Patch on Saturday. Otherwise they have until May 31st to get it all done.

Tonight – Practice Flag Ceremony for Blue & Gold

Lions, we will be meeting briefly this evening to practice the flag ceremony for Blue & Gold with the Tigers and to make sure all advancements for rank are entered into Scoutbook.  Blue & Gold is this Saturday, March 1st, and the 801 Center at First Baptist Church – Whitehouse. Dinner will be served at 5, with the ceremony beginning at 6. We ask all families to arrive by 5:45. Scout Sunday At 9:30 AM Tomorrow!

Hey Pack!  Quick reminder – we are celebrating Scout Sunday tomorrow morning with the Whitehouse Methodist Church. The service begins at 9:30 AM tomorrow morning. Please be there by 9:20, dressed in your Class A uniforms (No Hats). Our Scout Troops are preparing breakfast burritos for everyone to enjoy after the service. There are also several Scouts who are assisting with the service.  If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to wear your uniforms to the service of your choice.

Blue & Gold

The time has come to celebrate your Scout and all they have achieved this Scouting year!  Our Blue & Gold Banquet will be held on Saturday, March 1st, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at First Baptist Church in Whitehouse, TX.  Please RSVP for your plate and sign up with how many will be attending with you! Scout Sunday, this Sunday

This Sunday, February 23rd, is Scout Sunday. On Scout Sunday, our Pack and the Troop are encouraged to attend the church where we meet. My family and I are members of the church and we would love to fill the pews with scouts this Sunday. Church begins at 9:30am with a breakfast served by the Troop to follow. Please plan to attend if you’re able and wear your class A uniform.  Thank you and we’ll see you on Sunday!  Lacey

Girls – Troop 359G uses GroupMe as the primary method of communication. 2/18 meeting & blue n gold

We will have a meeting tonight, 2/18, to work on an elective and learn a song to preform at blue & gold. 3/1 Blue & Gold – while all requirements don’t need to be done by March 1st, your child cannot be on stage for their Bear patch if they have not completed it. Please either log any missing items into Scoutbook or let me know what they’ve done asap.

Meeting Tonight – Air of the Wolf

Good afternoon,       Just a reminder we will be meeting tonight at the church to begin Air of the Wolf.    Parental involvement is highly encouraged as we will need to help the kids make paper airplanes fly them, and record their distance and flight times.  If you have a tape measure, please bring it.     “Air of the Wolf” Requirements           -Make a paper airplane and fly it 5 times. Meeting tonight!

Hey Lions! I know we planned on not meeting tonight, but with having to cancel the last meeting I wanted us to be able to get together a few weeks before Blue & Gold to discuss a few things and make sure everyone is all caught up on their advancements. Also, we will have a special surprise! Please wear a shirt you don’t mind getting stained or bring a poncho or smock if you have one. See you tonight!
