Pizza dinner tomorrow, preorder now!

Our Arrow of Light den is holding a pizza dinner fundraiser tomorrow prior to the Pinewood Derby awards pack meeting. This fundraiser will help pay for their crossover ceremony next month. Plates are $5 for two slices of pizza, a drink, and a dessert. Pizza will be served in Friendship hall starting at 5:30. Preorder now to reserve your plates, supplies are limited!

Race Check-in, Flags, and PIZZA!

Good Afternoon, Pack! I hope everyone is ready for a big weekend! We have Race Check-in tonight, Races tomorrow, Flags going out, and our Awards Pack Meeting and Pizza on Monday! All of the details are listed below. PWD Race Check-inTonight’s check-in is from 6 pm – 8 pm in Pike Hall at WMC. Cars will be inspected, weighed, and turned in. All cars will stay overnight, and no further modifications (such as graphite) are allowed. Cars will be available for pickup after your Den races. We will have a small ‘Pit’ area with a few tools so you can make any last-minute modifications. What do Pinewood Derby Cars and Fundraiser Flags Have in Common?

Saturday! Hiya Bear Families! Pinewood Derby for the Bears starts at 10:30am. Can’t wait to see your cool cars! Flags!! Guess what? We are responsible for Prestige this go-around. Prestige is an Assisted Living Facility on Paluxy and Ron (6928 Paluxy Dr.). They generously support our Pack with 30 flags! This is a great opportunity for you to set out flags with help from other families! Derby Race Schedule!

Good Afternoon, Pack! Pinewood Derby Weigh-in and Drop off is Friday, February 9th, 6 PM – 8 PM Weigh your car in and leave it there for races the next day. You must have your car registered on Friday night to race on Saturday. No Meeting Tomorrow Night

Hello Bear Families! Reminder that we will not have a den meeting tomorrow evening. Cain WAS having a 3rd grade musical and Math and Science night, but it has been postponed because so many students are home sick. I hope all of your little Bears are feeling well and if not, are getting a lot of rest. Please use this time to finish up your Pinewood Derby cars. Pinewood Derby Weigh in is THIS FRIDAY – ALL DONATIONS FOR OUR FUNDRAISER NEED TO BE DROPPED OFF THAT EVENING AT WUMC BETWEEN 6PM AND 7PM.

Hi Arrow Families! We have not had a lot of volunteers sign up for our Pinewood Derby Fundraiser!!   ALL current Scouts (first year and returning) should plan to attend the Crossover Ceremony – All returning scouts have earned their Arrow of Light rank and can be awarded the engraved plaque regardless of whether you plan to bridge over into a Scout Troop or not.  First year scouts this year do need to complete one Arrow of Light Elective along with the required Advancements we have worked on as a Den.  I  believe our Whitehouse Mayor will be judging Pinewood Derby cars Friday evening according to Nicole Whittaker if you need to interview an elected official (the Mayor) for Building a Better World achievement.
