Tonight we will be finishing up Baloo the Builder.  Please be prepared to have an adult or older sibling stay with your scout.  We will be under the Pavillion again.

Tomorrow we will have our pack meeting and we will be responsible for the flag ceremony. Please make sure your scout is in uniform and if possible please arrive a few minutes early. See you all tomorrow!

Calling all Bears! Pinewood derby races are tomorrow!  Check-in is tonight!  Be sure to pre-register your car using the link sent in the Pack Communication. Tomorrow please be sure to wear your class A uniform to the races.  After all Dens have raced we need parents and scouts to stay behind and help us put out flags for President’s day (we have Prestige Estates this time 30 flags).  I know it is late notice and in the future we will be better about it but we really need all hands on deck.  If you absolutely cannot help tomorrow please be prepared to pick up flags the week/weekend after President’s Day. If you have any questions or need help with PWD please reach out.

Howdy Bears, We will be meeting tomorrow and doing our Protect Yourself requirement.  Parents, if you want to view the material ahead of time, you can find it here.  Be sure to click on the 3rd grade material. Also, we will soon be starting our Baloo the Builder requirement and we need to purchase materials for 2 projects.  Please bring $15 to tomorrow’s meeting or Venmo Somer. @Somer-Bockover

Bears are going on a one mile hike this Sunday at 2 pm at Camp Ford (6500 HWY 271 Tyler, TX). We will not have a meeting Monday night. Make sure your scout brings all six essentials including a snack and water! Details will go out later about how to make up this event if you can’t be there! Hope to see you all!

Have a Beary Merry Christmas! On Wednesday, December 21st at 5:30 PM we will have our Bear Christmas party at Ms. Somer’s house (1421 Jeff Davis Dr, Tyler, 75703).  Please bring a wrapped, gender neutral gift valued at $15 or less and outdoor/scout themed.  We will be doing a white elephant exchange, cookie decorating, games, and lots more!  We can’t wait to see you all there.  Please RSVP with your scouts name and favorite color to Ms. Somer 903-952-7238.
