Whitehouse Parade Info!

Hello Pack 359, Whitehouse Christmas Parade is this Saturday, December 7th, 2024. Our Float theme is “Home Alone”. We are the 1st Float which means we are starting off the parade! Parade starts at 3:30pm. The weather as it stands…rain on Saturday is not suppose to start until 6pm. So we SHOULD BE GOOD! God willing 😆.   If you have Lions 🦁  and Tigers 🐅, those scouts will be riding and sitting on the Float and must be with one parent/guardian.   Parade Line-up starts at 2pm. Home Alone Float Decorating meeting

Hello everyone! If you are helping out with the Home Alone Float, please meet at the church @ 5pm.  If you have spare white lights, garland, Christmas decor, paint, paint brushes,  cardboard boxes we can use and you would be willing to share…please bring it.  We will also continue building Thursday at 5pm.  Thank you!  -Angela Hartless 903-714-9414

Happy December Pack! Wow, this year has flown by already! We’ll have three meetings this month before taking a few weeks off. Good day Pack 359! I apologize for the last minute message. But after tonight’s meetings, if anyone is interested in helping decorate the parade Float for this weekend’s Whitehouse Christmas Parade (Theme: Home Alone), I humbly ask that you stay for a few minutes to discuss our Float plan.  If you unable to make the meeting no worries. Veterans Day Pack Meeting

Good Morning Scout Families and Happy Veterans Day to all of our parents who have fought for and served our country! In case you have not yet received word from your Den Leader, tonight in place of our traditional pack meeting our Scouts are invited to the Veterans Ceremony at the Whitehouse Veterans Memorial (corner of 346 and HWY 110) at 6:30PM. Landon Beaton from Troop 359 will be hosting this ceremony as his Eagle Scout project and has invited our Cub Scout Pack to come out and participate with passing out stars to our Veterans and assisting with the Flag Retirement. Cub Scouts – Den Meetings Nov 4th

Hey Pack! Friday night was a blast! Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed games, fajitas, and a movie at Blackhawk Creek Trail! The only Den meeting this week is the Webelos. They will be visiting City Hall! Next Monday night, we will be at the Veterans Day Ceremony and Flag Retirement at the Whitehouse Veterans Memorial. The Pack needs to be there by 6:15 in Class A Uniforms!

Last Call for our Family Night Celebration

Good Morning Scouts and families! We hope you all had such a sppoktacular halloween yesterday and got ALL the candy!  Reminder that Fall Family Camp has been canceled and we are kicking off this next holiday season with a Family Night TONIGHT at the Blachawk Creek Pavilion to show our gratefulness for all of our wonderful families and Cub Scout community! This is a no cost event and a GREAT way for you to let ALL the spookies and sugar rush out, while enjoing GREAT company.  5:30 Games and free play 6:15 Dinner (Fajita Tacos)7:15ish Movie will begin Please bring your own chairs (let us know if you need any) and any yard games and activities you would like! Fall Family Camp

After carefully watching and monitoring the weather, we have decided to cancel Fall Family Camp at American Legion. HOWEVER, we are going to have a Family Movie Night at the Blackhawk Creek Pavilion tomorrow night from 5:30-10!  5:30 Games and Free Play 6:30 Dinner (bring your own lawn chairs) – This will be fajita tacos! 7:15 Movie will start If you paid for Fall Family Camp, please text Chelci (903)-539-9053 and let me know if you would like a refund or if you would like the funds added to your scout account!  Please sign-up here for our Family Movie Night tomorrow so we can have an accurate count for food, popcorn, and drinks! Hey Pack! Reminder: Fall family camp registration is now open! It will be at the American Legion in Lindale, Texas, and the cost is only $20 per family. You can arrive anytime on Friday, November 1 (as early as 4:30 p.m.) and leave as late as Sunday, November 3! We will provide breakfast burritos Saturday morning and Tacos Saturday evening for dinner!
