District Wide Bring A Buddy Fishing Day

Good Afternoon Pack 359!

The District will be hosting an event for all scouts in the Wo-Ha-Li district this Saturday, July 31st, 2021.

BRING A BUDDY SCOUTING EVENT – JULY 31,2021 at the AMERICAN LEGION PARK, LINDALE, TEXAS
(18251 County Rd 498, Lindale, TX 75771)

Check-in will begin at 9:00 am

Activities from 9:30-2 pm
FISHING Catch um, Clean um, Cook um And Eat um
BB Guns
Archery

Test your skill with a BB gun or a Bow and Arrow

Bring your own fishing tackle, bait, and lunch

This event welcomes scouts and their friends of all ages (from 6-17), unit leaders, and Parents.

Youth can Fish all day or may select an additional activity as well.

Larry Green from Bryan, Texas, will demonstrate fishing techniques, gear, and lures for those Scouts who want to work on the Fishing Merit Badge as well as the Texas Parks and Wildlife will be on-site to discuss regulations and other questions.

**If you missed our overnighter at the Ft. Worth Zoo (it was amaziiiing!), this event can count towards your scout's Summertime Activity Award**
