Build Day is on January 21st, starting at 8 AM
This event is optional but recommended, especially if you have never raced. If you need assistance making your car from scratch, or if you need to weigh it and have a final tune-up, then come. All the necessary tools will be available under adult supervision to cut out and work on your car. Experienced adults will be on hand for anyone who needs pointers. However, if you cannot attend your assigned time, come at any time and take as long as you need with your car. Pinewood Derby Templates are located with this link

Weigh-in and Drop off is Friday, February 10th, 6 PM – 8 PM
Weigh your car in and leave it there for races the next day. Must have your car registered on Friday night to race on Saturday. Register your cars using the form below before Weigh-in. Your cars can be dropped off by another family as long as the cars are registered!
Race Day is Saturday, February 11th
Races will take place according to Dens in the Fellowship Hall at the back of the Whitehouse United Methodist Church. We use the Lane Rotation Method – Each participant WILL race 4 times each. The best total time determines winners. Cars are racing the Clock not each other. Lots of participants (1st and 2nd Places) will advance to district races. You are welcome to attend every race with your family!
8:00 am – AOLs
8:30 am – Bears
9:15 am – Tigers
10:00 am – Lions
10:45 am – Wolves
11:30 am – Webelos
Open and Business Class immediately after Webelos
All races will be live-streamed via Facebook as well.
