Mom & Me Registration & Dates, Rose Parade, & BEAR CARNIVAL info!!

Hello Bear Scout Families! Just following up on some announcements from our Den Meeting Tuesday.  We will be sending Mr. Muddy Waters a thank you card from the Den for his help with our knife sharpening activities and his very neat “show & tell” collection. MOM & ME –  Friday October 22nd through Sunday October 24th at Camp Pirtle near Carthage – The registration deadline is October 15th! This event is an all-inclusive, Mom focused activity. Our goal is to give moms the opportunity to participate in outdoor activities and have some fun with their cub scouts. Cubs and Adult Participants should register using the form below. Pack 359, TODAY is the last day to register for mom and me and be certain you receive a t-shirt.  If you are wanting to attend and get a cool t-shirt please go to etacpack359.org and click mom and me to register.  Friday at noon is when registration will close.

Don’t miss tomorrow’s meeting!! We will have a special guest who is bringing all kinds of knives, bayonnettes, and hatchets from around the world, plus several ways the boys can sharpen different knives. We will have extra knives for all to sharpen! Since this is a “hands on” activity, parents please hang out if you can! Guests are welcome, fellow scouters! ROSE PARADE THIS WEEKEND – MORE INFO TO FOLLOW!

No Meeting Tonight

Hey Arrows! I apologize for the late notice, but we will not have a meeting tonight. Don’t forget about the Rose Parade this weekend! Our Den will get the first choice to carry the Flags in front of the parade. The parade will start promptly at 9 AM. Scouts need to arrive by 7:45 AM at the South East Corner of Front Street and Vine Street. Jason

Sorry for late notice. As you know we are meeting at the Fire Station tonight. If your kiddos have a Lion shirt please have them wear them tonight. If you do not already have a Lion shirt don’t worry about it and come as you are.

Monday Night!

Howdy Webelos, Monday we will continue working on our Physical Fitness pin. We will start in the youth room and then move out to the field. Make sure your scout wears athletic clothes and closed toe shoes. We will be outside most of the den meeting so water bottles and bug spray. Remember at home your scout is to be exercising and recording their progress for 30 days. Meetings and Rose Parade

Howdy Pack 359, Tomorrow we will have den meetings.. Please see below for room assignments.  Saturday we will participate in the Rose Parade, please wear Field uniform (class A). Other details follows. Room Assignments Lions (k)-meet at the Fire Station see den leader for details Tigers (1st)-Pike hall Wolves (2nd)-Fellowship hall Bears (3rd)-meet on Tuesday at 6:30 see den leader Webelos (4th)-youth room AOL (5th)-Connor hall Rose Parade Details Scouts will need to meet at the corner of Front and Vine street at 7:45 am on Saturday, October 16th.  The Parade will start promptly at 9 am.  Please have older scouts wear good walking shoes.  Lions and tigers will ride on the trailer.  See you guys there!
