AOL parents, Den5 is having a guest speaker on Monday December 17th. Mr. Aaron Smith from Whitehouse City Managers Office will be discussing requirement #4 in our “Building A Better World” pin requirement. It is important to put this in your calendars. All boys must be present, on time and in their Class “A” uniform. There will be no makeup days for this requirement. Troop 335 from WhiteHouse needs several AOL scouts to help in a Flag Cermony for this Saturday morning. The ceremony is at the WhiteHouse city park and will last about 30 minutes. If you can help please contact me ASAP by cell or text. Thank you Bob Prince

Gonna be a beautiful weekend for camping. Please remember the Scouts are in charge of starting their fires, prepping and cooking their meals, etc for lunch on Saturday. Make sure to bring all needed supplies for this. Also, start thinking of skits we can do at campfire. Look at the weather before you leave!!

If you can’t make it you will need to make-up the requirements. If you want to have a campfire by your tent area please bring fire wood. Or better yet I will have one so come over and hang out. You must have your fire in a fire ring (they are all around the area so no need to pack one). Lunch is a sack lunch. Bring your 6 essential items for our hike. Glow sticks are always very popular at night. Don’t forget your camp cup with your name on it. See everyone Friday/Saturday
Den5 parents, Family camp is this Saturday. We will begin at 9:30am sharp; The boys will be required to set up their tent by themselves. If you are not staying over night they still need a tent for the Camper Pin requirement. If you don’t have a tent let me know and I will make arrangements for your scout.Second, Mrs. Murski needs the boys to read the Outdoor Code and Leave No Trace Principles for Kids (should be pages 19-20 in WEBELOS book).They must be able to recite from memory or darn near it.
