DEN 4 Flag Families – Have you put your FLAGS out for Labor Day??

Good morning Den 4 – officially now the “WEBELOS” Den!

WEBELOS stands for We'll Be Loyal Scouts and I want to thank all the flag families who have been so loyal to the flag program and already have flags out for Labor Day. If you have been totally wiped out by the “start of school” craziness of the last couple of weeks, PLEASE get your Flags out ASAP – this weekend is the holiday weekend!!!

REMINDER – Scouts are selling flags all year, so check your routes on to be sure your flag customers have not changed.  These were the numbers on our last Flag service day-

Den  4 – Flag Route Reminders – If your Family is not on a flag route but your scout wants to help, contact one of the larger route families and see if you can join in!!!  We will realign the flag routes this fall at a Den Meeting.

B4 Route – Canyon Springs – 8 Flags – Whittaker Family

B4 Route – Windridge & Remington – 5 Flags – Nielsen Family (Did your route get picked up by another Scout?)

B4 Route – 9 (8?)Flags for Cumberland – Lupton Family with help from the Czalpa Family.

B6 Route – Saddleview, Greenwood, Graemont, and Brook Hollow – 9 flags  – Preuss & Lampin Families

When you log in to https://etacpack359.org/routes you will see the link for Den4/Zone 3

Zone 3 is made up 4 Flag Areas – B4, B5, B6, B8

Our meetings will start later in September. Pack Meetings will remain once a month on Monday evenings.  DEN MEETING nights will have to switch up a bit for fall – I can meet Mondays at 6:45pm, Thursdays at 6 or 6:30, or even Sunday afternoons for this fall – please check your calendars and email me (gdel@tjc.edu or Text 903-574-3787) with any suggestions you have to help everyone attend.  As Webelos, from time to time we might be meeting “on location” for the Scouts to work on specific achievements – something to consider when thinking about meeting dates. I am open to adjusting our meetings as much as possible to work around your Scout's other activities!!

Can't wait to see everyone soon at the annual ice cream social on THURSDAY, September 15th at 6:30.

Monday, September 19 – 6:30pm  ALL Parent Meeting
