No Meeting on Monday,October 14th

Good Evening Terrific Tiger Team!!

I will arrive home from a conference very late this evening, so we will not be meeting this Monday.. 10/14. We do have a Scout activity this week – Pack 359 is LEADING the Rose Parade this weekend and Tigers will ride on our pack trailer THIS Saturday, October 19. WE will be meeting EARLY before the parade, at 7:30am, at an assigned location that will be sent out once we receive it later this week. Cubs need to be in Class A uniforms, parents walking need to be in a pack shirt of some type. This is a great opportunity for the Cubs, as they open the parade. To earn their BOBCAT award, each scout needs to understand the Scout oath and be able to recite it with a little help. They need to be able to say Scout motto and the Scout Law and demonstrate the scout salute and scout handshake. Every scout that was at last week's meeting fulfilled these requirements, some with a little more “coaching” than others. Please work with your Scout so they can share these important guidelines (law. oath,etc.)for scouting with confidence! The BOBCAT award is outlined in your Scouts' Tiger Book – I signed a number of books last week but not everyones!
