Den Meeting, 01/13/20!!

Howdy, AOL Family! Monday we will be working on our last required adventure!  I will also be meeting with each individual scout/parent to discuss what is missing for AOL advancement. We have a campout next weekend with Troop 356.  I need a headcount for this.  It’s planned for Martin Creek State Park.  I’ll be asking tomorrow if you plan to attend. Pinewood Derby is upon us……we will be selling goods at build day and race day to help offset costs for our AOL banquet.  Let me know if you’re interested in leading this cause! That’s all for now!!

Monday Night

Howdy Wolves! I had so much fun learning about germs last Monday. How’s the mold growing going? Jack’s banana looks pretty gross. Monday we will work on the Adventures in Coins belt loop (pg 106). Please bring any interesting coins to share with the den and crayons for rubbings. I will miss Monday night because of work travel. Steve and Katherine will be leading in my absence. At home please be working on Duty to God. Yours in Scouting, Kathy

Happy New Year! Monday night our den will meet and work on the Germs Alive elective (pg 219). This will be a fun hands on time. Since we are in the middle of cold and flu season I thought this would be the perfect elective to start the new year off. Yours In Scouting, Kathy

BALOO Training opp

Howdy Bears! Next year, when you are Webelos, your den could do den campouts, but you need an adult trained in Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO). There is an opportunity with our council for this training February 8-9. Please see the attached form and let me know if you have questions. Our pack also needs parents trained so we can continue to have family campouts like we had in November.
