Hi Bear Families! Next Monday we will be meeting at Blackhawk Creek Trails at 6:30pm. While Camp Tyler would have been a great place to hike, we decided to move the hike to a Whitehouse location. What a blessing it is to have trails so close to home! Hello Bear Family! Are you ready for the cub scout year to start??The parent meeting is tonight at 6:30pm and kids are welcome to come. I hear there may be a S’mores activity involved… If your kiddos come, please have them wear their class As. Our first Bear meeting is next Tuesday, September 26th. Hello Bear Families! I have attached a list of meeting dates for the Fall. Our primary meeting date will be on Tuesday nights at the church in Conner Hall (that’s the room on the other side of the little kitchen attached to Pike Hall). Courtney is going to print copies of this schedule to bring to the splash pad incase you’d like a paper copy (and have a dry place to keep it..;)) Caleb and I will probably not be able to make it to the splash pad. In addition to our normal routes, we are responsible for setting out flags at Prestige. We are meeting at the Church on Monday night to pick up flags at 5:30 then drive to Prestige to put them out. Hi Wolf Families! I hope you are getting excited about our Blue and Gold Dinner and Ceremony tomorrow. We have been working hard behind the scenes to make this a special event for our scouts and their families. If you ordered dinner, you may arrive at 5:00, if not, please come at 5:45. We hope you can be there! Also- don’t forget to bring a dessert to share if you are coming for dinner. Although I put den meetings in our schedule for a few more times before school is out, I am going to cancel those plans in leu of a little party at the Whitehouse park (time and date TBA- probably a Saturday mid-morning…) I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow evening!…
Hey sweet Wolf families! I can’t believe it’s almost time for the Blue and Gold and Arrow of Light Crossover Ceremony (this Saturday from 5 to 8). Our Cubs will receive their Wolf badge and all of the belt loops we’ve been working on! You can find more information about it here. Tonight, we are going to learn a simple skit to share with everyone on Saturday night. Class B uniforms tonight. The planting at the church will have to be postponed. I wasn’t able to pick up the right kinds of flowers – but we’ll have the opportunity to do that later!
