Howdy, Last night was fun. I’m super glad parents came up with fundraising ideas (call your spirit night locations) and the scouts got really far with knot tying and lashing. Have fun with it. We ARE meeting next Monday to finish knots and lashings Save the date: Jan 21. Troop 356 has invited our group to Tyler State Park for a day of fun activity and camping that night. Tuesday 12/13 – Caroling & “Thank you for your Service” holiday gift for our Whitehouse Police and Firemen
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! It’s a Den 4 tradition to pack a “Merry Christmas” basket for our police and fire first responders, so much so that an officer at the Whitehouse parade asked if the Scouts were going to be “dropping by” this holiday season! And a BIG thank you to our wonderful Den 4 parents who support our Scouts in their service!! THIS TUESDAY – December 13 – We will meet at the church at 7pm to pack baskets with treats, and then drive to the fire & police stations for delivery. Scouts should wear their scout T-shirts, Uniforms, and of course Santa Hats!! Parents and siblings are welcome. What types of treats? Homemade treats are once again welcomed…

Monday night meeting
Howdy, I hope everyone enjoyed their thanksgiving break. I know an evil fever virus was going around. Monday night wear your class A and be on time, as the mayor of Whitehouse is coming to talk with us. Prior to the meeting your scout should watch the local news and have a question for our mayor. Jack has done both! He informed me the news is boring. Tomorrows meeting is a requirement. Please do not miss. Kathy.
