Good afternoon Tiger families!  I hope you all are having a Happy Valentines Day!  The last few Tiger requirements will be completed with the scout and their parent or caring adult at home.  We WILL still have meetings, but the activities listed below are generally better presented at home.  Please  let me know if you have any questions. Hi Bear Families! This Saturday at 12:00pm we are meeting at the Tyler Historical Society  Museum for a guided tour! Please have your scout wear their Scout T-Shirt (if you have one. If not, it’s okay). We should  be there for about an hour. After that, we can go have ice cream at Andy’s on the square. Please eat lunch before the tour if you’re able. Location: Smith County Historical Museum 125 S. College Ave, Tyler. There is free parking on the road, behind the building or in the parking garage across the street. Hello! My husband and Caleb, the Jennings family and anyone else willing to lend a helping hand will be at Prestige today at 5:30 to set out flags. Saturday! Hiya Bear Families! Pinewood Derby for the Bears starts at 10:30am. Can’t wait to see your cool cars! Flags!! Guess what? We are responsible for Prestige this go-around. Prestige is an Assisted Living Facility on Paluxy and Ron (6928 Paluxy Dr.). They generously support our Pack with 30 flags! This is a great opportunity for you to set out flags with help from other families! Hello Bear Families! Reminder that we will not have a den meeting tomorrow evening. Cain WAS having a 3rd grade musical and Math and Science night, but it has been postponed because so many students are home sick. I hope all of your little Bears are feeling well and if not, are getting a lot of rest. Please use this time to finish up your Pinewood Derby cars. Hi Arrow Families! We have not had a lot of volunteers sign up for our Pinewood Derby Fundraiser!!   ALL current Scouts (first year and returning) should plan to attend the Crossover Ceremony – All returning scouts have earned their Arrow of Light rank and can be awarded the engraved plaque regardless of whether you plan to bridge over into a Scout Troop or not.  First year scouts this year do need to complete one Arrow of Light Elective along with the required Advancements we have worked on as a Den.  I  believe our Whitehouse Mayor will be judging Pinewood Derby cars Friday evening according to Nicole Whittaker if you need to interview an elected official (the Mayor) for Building a Better World achievement. Good Afternoon Wolves family, We will be meeting tonight at our usual time and working on our Cubs who care elective. One of our upcoming requirements includes the need for a community service project. The Whitehouse Methodist Church is holding a Souper Bowl Sunday canned food drive and I would love for our Den to participate in helping them reach their goals. So  if you could, please bring a couple cans to any of the meetings this month so I can mark your child down as having participated. Hello Tigers!  We will not meet Monday 2/5 to allow time to work on the derby cars.  Derby cars are due in on Friday at the church between 6 and 8pm, Racing starts Saturday morning (schedule to be posted shortly).  As a reminder recharter is due, if you do not recharter your scout will be removed from scout book.  Flags also go out this weekend, please use the link in the pack update to sign up for a route.  If you need help on your derby car, you are welcome to come by our house (906 Corey Drive Whitehouse, TX) during what would be our normal Monday meeting time and I can assist you with cutting, drilling any holes, sanding, etc… you might need.  I…
